Terms & Conditions
1. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that the name, mobile number and delivery address you provide are correct. Our team may call you to verify an order before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified.
2. Pricing
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.
3. Cash on Delivery
Payment is collected in cash by the courier when the parcel is delivered. Repeatedly refusing delivery of confirmed cash-on-delivery orders may result in future orders being declined.
4. Delivery
Delivery inside Hizla Thana is free and delivery outside Hizla is charged at checkout. Delivery times vary by area and may be affected by courier partners, weather or public holidays.
5. Warranty & Replacement
Damaged or faulty items can be replaced within 7 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is required for any damage claim. Physical damage caused after delivery is not covered.
6. Product Information
We try to describe every product accurately. Minor colour or packaging variation from factory batches is possible and is not considered a defect.
